Profile
Gems Marine Pte Ltd (“GEMS”) was established in 1982 as a domestic tug and barge operator for the transportation of sand and rocks for related company Koon Construction & Transport Co. Pte. Ltd.
GEMS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Koon Holdings Ltd.
Over the years, we have built up a solid reputation as a reliable marine logistics provider that provides marine services to our varied customers including MNCs and local public listed companies.
Our company owns and operates over 15 tugs & barges of different sizes and capacities. In addition, we charter tugs and barges in support of our customers marine logistics needs. Our vessels are available for bareboat, time and voyage charter as well as contract of affreightment.
We have since grown and are now focused on two core businesses, these being local and international marine logistics.
